These terms govern use of offerings provided by Meridra on domain meridrahub.com. By accessing or engaging with any offering, you agree to comply with these terms.

3. Advisory Services
3.1 Description: Advisory offerings aim to support corporate transactions and evaluation tasks related to
mergers and acquisitions.
3.2 Scheduling: Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement. Changes must be
requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
3.3 Fees: A non-refundable booking fee applies. The
balance is due prior to commencement.
3.4 No Refunds: Given the bespoke nature of advisory engagements, fees
are non-recoverable once preparatory work has begun. This ensures resource allocation and commitment are
preserved.
4. Information Products
4.1 Description: Electronic reports, guides, or templates delivered digitally.
4.2 Delivery: Accessible via
secure link after full payment.
4.3 Refund Policy: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase
provided the item remains unused and no download has occurred. To request a refund, use our contact form with purchase details. After access is granted or the file is downloaded,
no refunds can be issued to protect content integrity.
5. Physical Goods
5.1 Description: Printed reports, workbooks, or branded materials shipped to your address.
5.2 Shipping:
Delivery times may vary based on location.
5.3 Refund and Exchange: Requests for exchange or refund must be
made within 30 days of delivery if goods arrive damaged or not as described. To initiate a claim, use our contact form with photos and your order number. Approved refunds will be issued via
the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
6. Schedule Changes and Transfers
You may transfer scheduled advisory sessions to another party or reschedule without penalty if notice is provided at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made later are subject to approval and may incur an administrative fee.
7. Refund Procedures
- To request a refund or submit a claim, use our contact form with your order number and details.
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a credit note, at our discretion.
- Processing time for approved claims is up to 10 business days.
- Requests made after the eligible period or following delivery of electronic content are not valid.
8. Amendments
Meridra reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
